Our Sales Team actively participates in industry events and collaborates with networking partners to generate interest in our construction process. All sales inquiries are diligently tracked and assessed to ensure comprehensive project information is captured. We engage with established licensed contractors in the geographical region to secure availability and interest.
The KBS training program will provide builders with design, engineering, assembly, and practical applications necessary to complete modular home construction.

Every project we take on is unique and tailored to the specific location and adheres to local building codes and ordinances, as well as the functional and stylistic choices of the homeowner. As part of our process, we will create a Responsibility Matrix to delineate what is included in our contract and what the builder will be accountable for.
We will collaborate with the team to formulate the project plan in conjunction with the owner, encompassing the procurement of finishing elements and subsequent site installation. We will also establish and maintain continuous communication to mitigate any ambiguity regarding task ownership throughout the project’s lifecycle.
