KBS has successfully secured a contract valued at $3.2 million for the development of an affordable multifamily housing project in Boothbay, Maine in collaboration with Zachau Construction and Boothbay Regional Development. This modular manufacturing contract with encompasses the fabrication of 40 residential modules, which will constitute five condominium buildings, each comprising four units. The initiative is part of a larger housing strategy spearheaded by the Boothbay Region Development Corporation, aiming to develop the 31-acre parcel on Butler Road, with the potential to yield a total of 162 residential units over time.
